b. D&G will support bitumen-export associated partners to enhance their oil production over 25,000 bbl/d and to secure transloading supply chains accordingly.

2. Managing Two Transloading Terminals smoothly

a. To assist CN Scotford for smooth transloading operation.

b. To scale up the tranloading capacity of NW Edmonton Terminal.

c. To develop new markets for extra trucking and storage capacity in NW Edmonton.

3. Export to China 

a. Bitumen & other petro-chemical products to China

b. Grains and other general cargos.

c. Petroleum Coke.

4. Import from China

a. To be developed over time.
