DeerGarden terminal was set up in January 2017 as a trial for EPT flexitank testing to transport Canadian bitumen with sea containers first ever from Edmonton Alberta directly shipping to Eastern China port, a door to door logistics by CNWW.
This is the new creative idea, “Pseudo-pipeline” to ease the bottleneck of Canadian oil pipelines.
With the trial operation by DeerGarden, EPT products become the first qualified flexitank approved by CN Rail for bitumen transportation. And then DeerGarden is the exclusive client for EPT in North America since January 2017.
To make up the shortage of EPT flexitank supplies, DeerGarden tried a new product, SIA flexitanks to transport bitumen with sea containers in July-August 2019 in Edmonton Terminal together with CN Rail, CNWW, COSCO and EverGreen ship lines.
Under CN Rail Approval to SIA products, DeerGarden are exclusive client for SIA in Canada since October 2019. More details under www.siaflexitanks.com.
No CO2 emissions all the way through from Edmonton Canada to China, and environmentally clean as all the BSW & Sulphur will be buried underground for highway pavement construction.
